In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. To accommodate your desired appointment a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your appointment. We hold this information as part of our cancelation policies and only make necessary charges to your account on the date of your scheduled service. Details of our cancelation policy are provided below. All appointments are allowed a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, with no call, your appointment will be marked as a “No-Show” and 100% service fee will be charged. To schedule another appointment the “No-Showed” appointment plus the amount of the new service MUST be paid for upfront. As a courtesy please give at least 24 hours notice if rescheduling your appointment. Appointments rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance will not be charged a cancellation fee However, cancelled appointments will be charged of 100% (One Hundred Percent) of the total services scheduled. Existing fees do not roll over and new deposit is required **PMU SERVICES: The $50 deposit is a small fee that covers the 30 minutes consultation included in the procedure in case you are a new client. If the client decides NOT to have the procedure done but still booked appointments, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. If the procedure happens, the $50 deposit will be applied towards the procedure. Again, no exceptions! $50 PMU Booking Fee is Nonrefundable **No Deposit…Appointment will NOT be accepted!** Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. IL Advanced Aesthetics will do its best to accommodate and honor your full scheduled time, but if you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate  others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session booked. Please plan accordingly. It is advisable to arrive 30 minutes in advance of your Permanent Makeup appointments and at least 10 minutes in advance of your other scheduled appointment.
